Secondly, I found different techniques how to teach spelling, fluency, thinking.&#8221;<br \/>\n<em>Getasetegn Engida, Principal<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>Vision:<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;I can see it in two ways, one: it helps us to see what is available in our schools and outside of our school.\u00a0Secondly; because previously a lack of teaching methodologies, students performance may be lowered. With thinking methodologies we can give them these tools to support the school team and students.&#8221;<br \/>\n<em>Abraha Hailemariam, Principal<\/em><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Addis Ababa Education Bureau<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Thinking Schools Ethiopia (Eminence Social Entrepreneurs) is in a contractual relationship with the Addis Ababa Education Bureau\u00a0to train the schools in all sub city of Addis Ababa.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Addis Ababa Education Bureau Experts Team trained in November 2012<\/li>\n<li>Training with all 300 Addis Ababa Education Bureau schools scheduled to begin in November 2013 beginning with 1000 principals and supervisors. This will be followed by leadership team training (principals, supervisors, lead teachers) at the subcity level.
