Participants included nine experts from the<em> Addis Ababa Bureau of Education<\/em> who were attending as a follow-up to their recent presentation on Thinking Schools Ethiopia. The attendees also included leadership teams from local Addis Ababa Schools. The goal of the session was to provide an experience with the initial two day hands-on visioning training for Thinking Schools Ethiopia which is part of the Thinking Schools International network. The two day workshop explores the six starting points of thinking &#8211; using the methods to develop and understanding and vision of each school&#8217;s needs. This provides the school leadership teams to develop a plan of implementation that fits their school&#8217;s needs.
